Plain Dal
Ingredients for preparing Plain Dal Curry

  • Dal  - ½  cup
  • Turmeric Powder  -  ½  tsp
  • Ghee  -  1  tsp
  • Water  -  1 ½  cup
  • Coriander Leaves  – 1 Stalk
  • Salt to taste - ½  tsp

Steps for preparing Plain Dal Curry

  1.  Wash dal in water.
  2. Drain the water and pressure cook dal with water and turmeric powder
  3. When the dal is done, add ghee and salt. Mix well and remove from fire.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
